About SmallTrack

SmallTrack was created to give owners of dogs, cats, birds, rabbits, small mammals, reptiles and fish a calm, structured way to think about common signs they notice at home. The site is not a clinic, not a diagnostic service, and not a replacement for a licensed veterinarian.

What the site provides

• A multi-step symptom checker that asks for pet type and observed signs, then returns a plain-language educational summary.
• Original articles on frequent pet health topics written for non-specialists who want accurate, measured information.
• Clear trust pages—Privacy Policy, Terms of Use and a Medical Disclaimer—so visitors understand exactly how the information may and may not be used.

Approach

We focus on observation and preparation. When an owner can describe what they have seen, how long it has lasted and what has changed, conversations with a veterinarian tend to be more productive. The checker and articles are designed to support that preparation. They do not name a disease or recommend a specific treatment.

Scope of the information

All content is general and educational. Individual animals differ by age, species, breed, environment and medical history. Only a hands-on examination and appropriate testing can determine what is happening with a particular animal.

Advertising

SmallTrack may display advertisements, including Google AdSense, to support hosting and maintenance costs. Advertising does not influence the educational content of the checker or the articles. We do not accept payment in exchange for specific medical claims.

Contact

Questions about the website itself can be sent through the Contact page. For any concern about a living animal, please reach your regular veterinarian or an emergency clinic directly.
